- It is uncertain whether this is a variant of the name Hesychios (ⲏⲥⲩⲭⲓⲟⲥ; thus Łajtar in I. Varsovie Greek) or Ezekias (ⲉⲍⲉⲕⲓⲁⲥ; thus Trismegistos). However, because the change of ⲏ and ⲉ is not very common in Nubia and Ezekias appears to be always spelled with an ⲉ, the former option seems more plausible.
