The phrase reads ⲉⲓⲥⲙⲛ̄ⲛⲁⲛ ⲁ̇ⲥⲗ̄ⲗⲟ so two interpretations are possible: either (1) the phrase should be treated as a patronymic, 'the daughter of Isminna', the daughter's name being othwerwise omitted, or (2) the whole phrase should be considered a name, Isminnan Asil. However, the former solution seems a little more probable because Isminna is attested elsewhere (Ref 701551).
