Gender not specified. Łajtar in I. Banganarti 2 transcribes ⲙⲁⲣⲕⲟⲩⲇⲁ̣ ⲅⲉⲣⲛⲉⲛⲅⲓ ⲉ̣ⲛ︥ⲡⲏⲥ and translates it as a double name 'Markouda Gernengi Einpês'. However, taking into account seven other occurrences of the name ⲅⲓⲉⲛ̄ⲡⲏⲥ, 'Giinpis', in Banganarti, a different word division should most probably be accepted, namely ⲙⲁⲣⲕⲟⲩⲇⲁ̣ ⲅⲉⲣⲛⲉⲛⲅⲓ ⲉ̣ⲛ︥ⲡⲏⲥ, 'Markouda Gernen Giinpis'. ⲅⲉⲣⲛⲉⲛ ⲅⲓⲉⲛ̄ⲡⲏⲥ are probably the names of the father and grandfather of Markouda.
