The scribe omitted the name of the name of the triklinios of Douksi mentioned in this phrase. His name can be easily reconstructed on the basis of the identically sounding phrase in P. QI 3 31, ll. 3–4, where the name Songoja son (?) of Ngissinngal is preserved. It is uncertain whether the designation ⳟⲥ̄ⲥⲛ̄ⳟⲁⲛ ⲧⲟⲧⲗ̄ represents a title ('tot of Ngissinngal'; thus Browne), Ngissinngal being a place-name, or a filiation ('son of Ngissinngal'). The latter interpretation seems more probable, as Ngissinngal is securely attested as an anthroponym (Refs 702800 & 703427) and unattested as a toponym. Cf. an analogous situation with Irtanngal in Ref 703494.
