lintel with inscription incised on upper protruding edge (l. 1) and on both sides of central decorative panel (ll. 2–8)

central raised panel with sculptured rosette representing Maltese cross surrounded by vine leaves; cornice running along whole lintel
State of preservation
broken into two parts to the left of central panel; part of cornice lacking as well as lower left corner and part of lower right surface, but without damage to text
"In the fifteenth year of [ ] King Zacharias, son of Georgios, king" (l. 1) "on day 28 of (the month of) Pharmouthi, in (the year) from Diocletian 646" (l. 5)
