Description
Three joining pieces of the upper part of a rectangular slab, with complete upper margin and the uppermost part of both side margins preserved. A fourth fragment belonging to the lower margin, was documented by Lepsius, but now is apparently lost; it should most probably be located in the lower left corner of the stela. The epigraphic field framed by a slightly raised border, 1.8 cm wide.

State of preservation
incomplete, lower part missing; in present state the stela is put together from three fragments, preserving entire upper margin and upper parts of both side margins; Lepsius recorded a fourth piece with portion of lower margin, but it does not match the remaining fragments
