- Lower part of a once probably rectangular slab, with complete bottom margin, a large part of the left one, and the lowermost part of the right one preserved. Nineteen lines of text survive; the upper margin along with three or four more lines of the text is lost. The epigraphic field framed by an incised line, leaving uninscribed outer margins.
