Description
Two non-joining pieces of apparently one plaque: (a) – left margin; (b) – right margin. About a quarter of the total width is missing in the centre. The pieces have preserved fragments of five lines (ll. 4–8 of the edition below); probably three lines missing from the top.

Porous Nile clay with organic and considerable mineral admixture (mica, quartzite).
