- Complete rectangular slab. The text was inscribed on a raised panel, surrounded by broad apparently uninscribed margins on all sides: 5–6 cm wide on the sides, 2 cm on the top, and 3 cm on the bottom. On the raised panel, the epigraphic field framed by an incised line, leaving the margin of ca. 1 cm in width.
