Lower part of a rectangular plaque with complete lower margin, a large part of the left one, and a smaller of the right one preserved. The epigraphic field framed by a double incised line, leaving uninscribed margin of 2.5 cm on the left, 3 cm on the right, and 2 cm on the bottom. The last line consisting of three crosses, each formed of four dots. Crosses, frame, and letters painted black after firing.

The epigraphic field framed by an incised line, leaving margin of 2.2–3.2 cm on the right and 1.7–2 cm on the bottom. Traces of dark paint inside the letters. The lowermost line written on the borderline and last letters of lines 2 and 3 written on the margin.

Rounded lower right corner of a plaque. The epigraphic field framed by broad groove, ca. 1.7 cm wide, forming a margin of ca. 1.5 cm on the bottom. The front surface painted white and yellow/orange after firing, possibly in stripes. The back surface roughly worked and painted red.
