Comment
There are two parties of the deed: Mouna with Manyi (sellers) and Ionngoka with Mena (buyers). Wojciechowski 2011, p. 264, supposes that Ionngoka was the wife of Mena. If his assumption is correct, it seems reasonable to suppose that the sellers were married too. Of the pair of the sellers, only Mouna's gender is certain, as he is identified as the son of Mashalko. If, again, such the above assumption is correct, Manyi would be a woman, Mouna's wife.

Gender is not specified, but since Mashankissi is explicitly described as Mouna's mother, Mashalko must be Mouna's father and Mashankissi's husband.

Gender not specified.
Asti is not necessarily a proper name here. It may also designate the office of asti. Cf. l. 20 of the same document, where a timakkis is mentioned as a land-owner, a word that has so far been attested only as a title, not as a proper name.

Comment
Gender is not specified, but this seems to be a female name, because of the presence of the element ⲉⲛⲟ-, 'mother' (cf. ⲡⲁⲡⲟ, 'father' in various male names). Also, the name Eionngoka itself is attested as feminine.
