Gender not specified.
It is uncertain whether the designation ⲣ̄ⲧⲁⲛⳟⲁⲛ ⲧⲟⲧⲗ̄ represents a title ('tot of Irtanngal'; thus Browne), Irtanmgal being a place-name, or a filiation ('son of Irtanngal'). The latter interpretation seems more probable, as Itranngal is securely attested as an anthroponym (Ref 701613) and otherwise unattested as a toponym. Cf. an analogous situation with Ngissinngal in Ref 703490.

Comment
Browne in P. QI 3 37 interprets the phrase ⲁ̇ⲧⲛ̄ⲇⲁⲛⲛ̄ ⳟⲁⲗ designating Mashshouda as 'son of Atindani'. However, according to Łajtar 2009b, p. 102, since ⲁ̇ⲧⲛ̄ⲇⲁⲛ most plausibly renders the well-known toponym Adindan, not a filiation is at stake, but an office, 'ngal of Adindan'.
