Lower part of a plaque with complete lower margin and the lower part of both side margins preserved. The epigraphic field framed by an incised line, leaving the margins of 2 cm on the sides and 2–2.5 cm on the bottom. The last line of the text written partly on the frame. The frame and the letters painted black after firing.

Lower half of a slab with the slightly rounded bottom edge. Complete lower margin and a large part of side margins preserved. The epigraphic field framed by an incised line crossing in the corners, leaving margins of 2–3 cm on sides and 4–5 cm on the bottom. The side margins left uninscribed, in the bottom margin three incised crosses. Traces of black paint in some letters, most visible in the first epsilon of line 5, the crosses in line 7; the last cross in line 6 only painted black, not incised.
