Gender not specified.
This is most probably a personal name, but if so, it is uncertain, whether it fully spelled or abbreviated.

Łajtar in I. Banganarti 2 402 proposes to read ⲕⲟⲩⲇⲁ ⸌ⲧⲏⲣⲓ⸍ϣⲗ︥ⲉⲕϣ︥ (= ⲧⲏⲣⲓⲉⲕϣ︥ϣⲗ︥), 'Kouda, tiriikshil (?)'. He, however, does not exclude the possibility that the actual reading could be ⲕⲟⲩⲇⲁ ⲧⲏⲣⲓ ϣⲗ︥ⲉⲕϣ︥ (= ⲉⲕϣ︥ϣⲗ︥), 'Kouda Tiri, ikshil'. The latter seems more probable to me.

Comment
The name of the person's function has not been preserved, but if the identification of ⲡⲁⲓⲇⲉⲥ as the name of the church is correct, Gabrielkouda Iesousnoukout must have belonged to the male staff of the church.
It cannot be excluded that this is not one person with two names, but the name with a patronymic in which the word for 'son' fell out for some reasons. Interestingly, two names seem to belong to two distinct linguistic realities: Gabrielkouda to Old Nobiin, Iesousnoukout to Old Dongolawi.

Comment
Gender of Omata has not been specified, but, provided the nomen sacrum ⲓ̄ⲥ︦ following Omata functions here as the name of a church, Omata should be considered a member of its staff, hence most probably a man.
