Browne in P. QI 3 36 translates the phrase ⲥⲟⳟⲟⳝⲁ ⲑⲱⲙⲁ ⲡⲁⲡⲥⲛ̄ ⳟⲁⲗⲗⲟ as 'Songoja Thoma son of Papasi', but there can be no doubt that the real meaning is 'Songoja son of Bishop Thoma', as the same Songoja occurs in P. QI 3 33 as 'son of bishop of Ibrim'.
